Well I’m a girl who has loved gambling from a young age. Who knew I would go from 2p slots at the beach arcade to sitting in GA back in 2017.

So GA yes walked in being one of two women out of a group of 20 men. The look on their faces was priceless. Yes walked in 5mins late as after driving an hour from home just to find help I practically fell in the door and said is this GA?. That initial meeting really helped me and I carried it on for a good 8 months.
What in the end made me stop? So I did fall back into gambling I learnt I was compulsive rather than just the addict meaning anything I actually won would just go back in! Complete loser yet still did it. It was my heaven my place to run to whether it be on my phone in the toilet or going to the 24 hour casino in town. I had the 6 pay day loans rolling and my life was falling apart. I had my boys and still gambled my problems away. I had a degree and whilst I knew what I was doing was wrong why could I just NOT STOP! Why couldn’t I be just the average gambler?
One night… one late night hiding down stairs on the laptop from the hubby who was in bed asleep I won like all the other times I won but this time bigger. I won’t say numbers but I could of paid everything back and far more maybe that new family car we needed or that deposit on a house. THRILL THRILL THRILL
Didnt last did it? I was only able to withdraw a specific amount per week and there was no lock on the remaining balance. So guys what did I do? Spend the fudging lot… not on the car or house but on my compulsive disease spinning on slots! LOST
That’s what stopped me! The big ending fail!
So now I’m the mum and wife who is paying back what i took from others finance and trust. I am learning to spend within my means again and I watch other streamers… my fave being Bandit!
