What is it with all the hate towards streamers? If you don’t like the brands they promote then don’t play there. Streamers, for the most part, are business people looking to make money – if that’s news to you, well then that’s bonkers.

By the same principles you should be having a go at Google, Bing, Facebook and anyone else who runs ads for casinos across the web. What difference does the fact that it’s a streamer linking to them make?

Also, just as a general note all the haters seem to get really personal, really quickly, which just detracts from any genuine grievances you may have, do it in a way that doesn’t immediately get the streamers back up and I’m pretty sure you’d get a reasonable response. You can’t expect someone to behave reasonably towards you when you’re calling them all sorts and suggesting they get ‘found out’ at the same time…

The important thing to understand about the comment section on YouTube is this – many comments are submitted, they all appear for at least a short time but then some of them are from known spammers, known to YouTube that is so they find their way in to the “Spam” folder, then there are others that may go in to a section awaiting approval. I deleted comments, loads of them – why? They were usually spam links to all sorts of shit, if it didn’t spam itself then it got deleted so it may well say x amount of comments and you can only see a few less than that but ask yourself this, if some cuntychops has given you shit in a comment and it auto spammed itself, are you going to the trouble yourself of verifying that it isn’t spam? Nah.

Another regularly used trick i found towards the end was to write a shitty comment. like it yourself of course, perhaps even reply to it with your other account and then delete it yourself and proceed to write another comment informing everyone how the original comment had been deleted, i fucked off deleting anything for months once the auto spam got to grip with links, i left everything up and yet still, comments would appear telling me i had deleted something lol True story.

I understand why content uploaders remove comments, but why do they remove the like button? Does it affect the stats of the video or something? Theres some right trolls out there, and personally I don’t think anyone should have comments sections. I’ve seen some horrible things written on some videos.

They remove the like button purely down to nobs hammering the dislike i would imagine, it always tickles me that there are double figures dislikes on mine after a few minutes of being uploaded, not something that bothers me tbh, i think dislikes actually push the video up in the same way the likes do so who is the joke on haha

So 500 people tick like, and 50 click dislike.. who cares.. you either watch it .. or you don’t.. if it was a TV, you would simply turn over wouldn’t you ?!?!??!?!

Id imagine more likes gives the video more exposure which means more views and more revenue from YT if you monetise your videos.

I thought about that, but also thought it would go on view count rather than likes. When you search for a video on youtube, I’ve noticed it’s the ones with the highest views that come up first. 🙂
