Been using them for over 10year. Now as they disabled my account once i was verified. They told me i had to reply to there email? What email?. Went on live chat and asked what email?. Sorry they will email you again. Another week and no email. Went on yesterday and said if you are not emailing me and leaving my account disabled. Just close my account. Suddenly a email turns up. Saying not a problem we will close your account. And today its closed lol. I dont think they realise we pay there wages. Not going to play much anymore but will just use leo or victor instead. And jump for joy if i hear casumo has closed.

Every other week there is a new thread of how casumo has screwed someone over, i dont understand why you guys still play there. Fair point that you have been there for 10 years without issues but alarm bells must of been ringing before you went through you commotion?

No bud never had one issue, money paid in my account no problem. All the games were there. You used to get good bonus offers but them slowed right down. Plus you can play most games for fun and I did that a lot. But once they held my money, they turned in to wankers. And if they treat a loyal customer like that how many are been shit on?. Not a way to run a business with restrictions coming in, they will need loyal customers. But I’m done. Just need a casino I can play for fun as well?.
