[Andys8055 WANTED $4 Outlaw]

Anyone had problems with casumo really peed off at the moment. They wait until I attempt to make a withdrawal then ask for all this bloody paperwork and suspended my withdraw. I get ukgc safeguarding but surely ask for the papers when I attempt to make a deposit not a withdrawal. Really pissed off with they I gave them the paperwork and it’s just showing as pending I will be closing my account once this has sorted.

they do ask for lot of privat doc,and they can take to long to replay,not worth playing on casumo when other casinos can verified you account in 2hrs and they dont as a lot like casumo

I had a same problem with them once I changed the address was fine and as soon as you make a withdrawal they ask for shit loads of documents. Just make sure you email everything in one go as they can be slow in gathering everything together from their system.
