Been a week now waiting for my £700 withdrawal and fucked off. Got in touch with the ukgc and found out they are in breach of license condition 17. With holding money while doing checks. They are allowed to do checks but that can not stop a withdrawal. Plus making me take a selfie. Told that should only be asked for if suspicion of fraud? Yeah that’s why I just do 30p,40p spins. I have emailed them letting them know about this breach. So will now expect a reply saying money has been sent but you are now banned from the site. Even the ukgc agree checks should not be done just on withdrawal requests but anytime.

I just don’t understand the mentality at work here. We have two examples on this thread and more on other threads specific to Casumo. They have a really slick site, a decent reward scheme etc and yet they seem intent on fucking their business. There was a time Casumo was being streamed left right and centre, when was the last time you heard a streamer, any streamer say ‘I’m at Casumo today’ doesn’t happen. Used to have Casumo Andy floating here but no more. I sacked them off when they made it awkward for me to verify – what exactly is their problem?

Agreed. Seems really weird why they would do the things they do. Would love to know what happened to casumo Andy, maybe he doesn’t want to deal with all the negative things that he doesn’t have the answers for.

I wouldn’t trust “trustpilot” for casino reviews. The only people who review casinos are ones moaning they’ve staked their house on danger and lost

I like Casumo but they don’t give me any bonuses anymore just the odd 10 free spins which is shit. And if they think its OK to just keep your money with the bullshit we are so busy doing checks? Yeah well maybe don’t do them all at the same time and all on withdrawals and it would be better.
