[SubQMod WANTED $3 Outlaw]

Have played for a couple of years on Casumo and deposited over £30k in that time (but have withdrawn more 🙂 ).  Recently they locked my monthly deposits to 2k.  Whereas this is normally fine, there is times when I wish to deposit more in a monthly period so made the silly decision to request it be raised.

Dutifully I submitted all the documentation they required, and even informed them of my separate gambling account which on average maintains a level of 5k to 7k.

A day or so later they locked my monthly deposits to…….£342!!!!   What the actually f*&k!

They are now refusing to change it saying that this is what they determine I can wager.  For context, I am nearly 50 years old with a well paid job and gamble for entertainment, slots, tables games etc.  Have never had a problem with gambling and easily separate my entertainment and life commitments.

Always enjoyed Casumo but now refuse to go back after being treated so badly and considering myself a good customer of theirs.

Is this the similar sort of cr*p that Bandit got before, hence him no longer using Casumo?

New Play N Go games on Casumo are the lower RTP the ones in place before April are unaffected.

I had a bigish withdrawal on casumo a couple of years ago and didn’t want to do something silly so I timed out the account for a week. I tried to login the an hour or so later and they just gave me a quick are you sure dialog and then let me back in.

I binned a big chunk of it. I complained and now I have no casumo account ??

they just update the list of good casino RTP,Rizk and Kaboo they add new play&go on 94,xxx %RTP

Really good table but not sure it’s accurate either. Played rizk and every PNG game used higher RTP.
