Make a complaint on trust pilot.. they solve your problems pretty quick then mate.. same happened to me took nearly 3 months for mine they were taking the piss, went to trust pilot and it was fixed within hours.
3months far a withdrawal wow your having a laugh i thought casumo was one of the quickest and easiest to get money out ile just wait for today see here anything back and i no if andy reads this he probs sort it cause helped a few on here but if casumos aim is to make people not want to play at there site cause all the messing about there doing a good job my acount was shut at one point ages ago they wanted id so sent everything and was told i could deposit and withdraw then asking for bank statement cause of making a withdrawel casinos should be money in if win money out strait away no messing about best one for me to date is buzz bingo i can go on there and if get money out in mi bank within twelve hours thats what people want who can beassed with all the messing about if its not gone by 5 ile email them see whats going on i only made the withdrawel yesterday but should of easy been processed by now and on way to the bank
lol just checked my email and its sorted money is on its way now see thats all you have to do in life is moan a little and things happen casumos back on the christmas card list lol
