Haha – yeah next time i really feel strongly about reopening the account i will just email you Andy, i get the urge every now and then – I can’t help but think if my figures were the other way round, £1.7m in and 1.4m out, there might have been a little extra effort from the guys your end though, not having a go there just saying it how i see it. Shame online isn’t like Vegas – entirely based on wagering, i’d never have any free time the events that you would be sending me to lol

Please do that if it will be easier for you and I will get it all sorted at light speed for you. That fact that you are hugely up on us and we are have stopped your ability to play shows that we are not bending any rules enabling us to recoup our losses, we have certainly not put all commercial flights out of action and grounded the private jet to get you back in and playing. This really is not about profit and loss but I get your point about wager based rewards from Vegas, you know they do that to keep you playing as in the end the house always wins. I am here to assist to you when ever you need someone from Casumo and that goes for all your forum members.

    Nice post Andy +1

Casino Andy seems like a gem top bloke …. for every good player like bandit there are are a hundred bad that repay his winnings to the casino, so casinos shouldn’t be spotting players like bandit( I’m not saying they do, just speaking out loud ) …I liked Casumo … got annoyed with something few years back, (no idea what it was now) and just closed the account Because I couldn’t be doing with it)  but did closed it through the exclusion part so I wouldn’t play there again ( as a protest) and moved to video slots ….. I do regret closing the account that way because Casumo were a good site and always fancy going back there…. but I had to prove my income and details to vid slots and all I sent them was an outline of my business ( written on their online form ) and it was done … no pics, statements , any bull like that….

Hopefully ok to bump this old thread…

Just got a request for source of wealth from Casumo. I thought not a problem done the questionaire on other sites, but looking into it they want me to upload a copy of my payslip or bank statement and name my employer….. i guess I am not the only one hesitant to give my employer details to a bloody casino.

I can show my bank statemnet with regular pay coming in easy (was going to blank out most of my employer name) but if the employer details is a must then its bye bye Casumo. Anyone else had this? Whats your thoughts on it?

Never had a casino ask for that level of detail. Had some odd ones like pictures of cards i hadnt used in 2 years and since expired but this is intrusive to say the least.

One more thing to add they say this is regulation. So in my head would mean you cracked a certain number… e.g £5k net deposit but that isnt the case at all For the year my net deposit is a random number not even at all and same for lifetime… both down btw 🙁

It isnt MGA regulation i know that much. If its UKGC regulation then just do it. Casumo are probably the most well straightened out company for KYC and AML out there now after recent fines 🙂

Sorry for the random message.could you help me with this.  My friend is having problems with the Casumo source of wealth. They are now asking for proof and written letters from her sons who paid money into her account for rent. Proof of where the money withdrawn from Paypal came from. She has a pending withdrawal of £800 and they take about 4 days to reply to an email and it’s all getting annoying. Can they ask for this much information, especially when some is person to her sons?

This source of funds bollocks is an absolute godsend for the casinos, a lot of gamblers money come from GAMBLING….which is an untraceable un-taxable source of funds. The games don’t need to be rigged when they can just deny cash outs like this.

As for these fines the UKGC impose upon these sites, where exactly does this money go? Another fucking racket.
