Hello just wondered if anyone has experienced the situation I am currently in with any casino and what they did to resolve it because other than involving the UKGC I don’t know what else to do.

The problem is with casino casino I’ve had numerous deposits+withdrawals beforehand and then my last withdrawal around 3 weeks to a month ago they requested verification documents sent them ID, proof of address and debit card picture, waited around a week they then replied could we have a clearer image of your ID so sent that waited another few days which they said they were reviewing my documents and my withdrawal would be processed after that didn’t hear anything for around another week, they then replied with the images I sent were not big enough could they be zoomed in so did all of that sent them, few days later they wanted another form of proof of address so yesterday I sent them a bank statement and they said this morning they would require another form of proof of address but I’ve replied with basically enough is enough that document is probably the best proof of address you can get and I want this sorting out.

i feel as though there delaying the withdrawal for no reason all my documents are legit should be no issues never had this type of verification issues, I won’t be playing there again I just want my £150 pound, if you have any ideas please let me know cheers

There’s no reason for them to hold your cash back, so remember it’s covid so staff might be low or not the usual staff dealing with it so are being super careful, if it’s a casino with UK and Malta watching them it’s juts a matter of time, unless there is something wrong, (using somebody else’s money or not your account for example)  but the “know your customer” is legit and has to be done, mine took a few hours some take longer, covid isn’t helping… but £150 isn’t a amount that would cause major grief . You can suggest they deal with it quickly or out line the issues that is causing grief  or you will forward it to gambling commission, they won’t want that… so try that …but losing your shit with them won’t speed anything up so keep a cool head and just try the above suggestion….
