It seems to me that any casino not on gamstop is seen as a con artist a thing I also believed during a weak point I signed up to one of these casinos set a deposit limit straight away and sat down to waste some time now obviously not going to mention the casino as not being on gamstop it’s not fair to people who are on it but anyway a 20 quid deposit to waste time and soon built the balance to 80 quid and tried to withdraw shock horror they wanted all sorts of proof ie card used to deposit proof off address proof of deposit and proof of id so sent all documents thought they were bound to find a reason to not pay so thought get a roulette fix had a good bit of luck and got the balance to 220 quid and thought would head to bed woke up next morning obviously not verified yet so sent an email to the help desk 16.45 received an email saying account is verified so swiftly logged in and tried to withdraw 200 site allowed me to wasted the other 20 and thought would just chill till withdrawal landed and a few days at 17.05 received email sayin withdrawal was processed logged into internet banking and money had already landed is this a new thing where a withdrawal to debit card is instant anyway took my 200 quid and self excluded from the site so happy days sorry for maybe boring you all but just thought I’d share

All UK licenced casinos now have to be on Gamstop. The only ones you’ll be able to go on are Mickey Mouse Curacao casinos that’ll more than likely fuck you over.

You got lucky (if you mentioned the casino I’d expect this was an advert) but the rest most probably won’t. We’ve seen enough horror stories.

It was a Curacao casino so I’m guessing I just got very lucky in the situation so are Curacao casinos to be avoided then as an addict I still have weak points through the day I’m fine and not overly bothered but when wife and kids are asleep that’s when temptation bites with everything going on I’m just not sleeping but I’m guessing there is a lot of horror stories with Curacao so should avoid at all costs

I guess you are on gamstop for obvious reasons, which is good you have identified it. There aren  numerous ways of getting around gamstop if you so wish but going on unregulated casinos is probably not the best way forward.  Seems you had a nice hit and did the sensible thing by withdrawing and setting a deposit limit. Might be worth doing the bandits advice by ordering a new bank card and scratching of the back without looking, this way you won’t be able to find loopholes. You were lucky this time but it might not be so fortunate next time. Be safe

When I was going through a bad patch consistently losing I got my lass to scratch off my cv code and gamstopped my self for 6 months. You can win on the unregulated casinos and you may get your winnings but I have heard horror story of folk winning thousands and being refused the money. If your going to play play with limits in place on every site you have. Set your self a budget. Remember there is always another day and winning £20 £100 is easier to win back in dribs and drabs over the course of time that trying to get a desperate huge win when your multiple hundreds thousands down. Pay your Bill’s pay for your food. Put some away for emergency or holiday money and have a small budget to gamble with. Once it’s gone it’s gone. If you cant do the above then you cant afford to gamble. Take care
