I have been playing at Casimba for years now. I would get regular bonuses and 9 times out of 10 nothing would come of them. Was playing 2 weeks ago and managed to get myself a decent balance after I’d blown my money first(obviously). I play normally at 40p and the wagering was around £1300-1600 so it took me a while. I deposited £40 and come out with £350 which is a rarity that I win anything there anyways.

<span style=”font-size: 1rem;”>Rolled around to today with the usual play, payday and all that. Casimba have this offer going on, each day up until the 25th they offer you some sort of bonus, whether its free spins or a matching bonus up to a certain amount. </span>

Noticed I have enough “loyalty” points to get a £5 bonus. I mean what the hell right? Popped up saying “User is blocked from bonuses”.</span>

<span style=”font-size: 1rem;”>Here we go… Went onto the live chat and they advised that because of a certain interaction, when doing the £350 winning bonus wagering that there was a pop up. I presume this is “you have played for a certain number of time” but they refused to tell me what I actually did. They said because of regulations they cant tell me. What on earth. They told me it </span>occurred<span style=”font-size: 1rem;”> just after the </span>withdrawal<span style=”font-size: 1rem;”>. I have not had a bonus since. I barely played here since as I usually only have a bit fun around paydays. </span>

Has anyone else had this kind of issue? I get there’s a fair use policy when it comes to bonuses but I mean advertising that there’s a new bonus for each day in December means you want to take them each day right? I didn’t but todays top up would have been the 2nd bonus in December. Obviously i got the whole talk about if you want to make a complaint… email this person… wait 28 days… Not worth my time to be honest. Probably will look elsewhere.

Yeah on  21 casino ( I know a different  site ) but I wouldn’t be able to use the bonuses they were sending me, it also said I  was blocked, tho for me it was to do with them not being sure which country I was in ( although I wasn’t using vpn then)
