Hi people, anybody else have progress saved on lil devil on bet victor? Was on it on Monday. Had 10 hearts left and it was auto spins. Went on today to finish it and auto spins have gone and so has my progress? Thought I had wrong stake but sadly not. Surely taking auto spins off should not remove the hearts?.

ye bonus on btg get removed after 24hrs, Rock&Rolla lost all his bonus on BTG

So as you know when I did the BTG/KFC stream I had almost all the BTG slot bonuses saved at £5 to £20 and was doing a 2k free giveaway. Including the ones that did play out I estimated the bonuses costing me around 20k, not all deposited but mainly through table winnings. When doing a bonus hunt its always a risk as you never truly know it will save so I accept its my fault but in 5 years I’ve never not had one save.

Allbritish casino have come up with this resolution below which I feel is more than fair –

On the 11th of October, All British Casino was informed by SG that an automated process will be released to clear pending game rounds that have been left open for 24 hours, the so called “GDM Resolver”. Included was a snapshot of the current number of open rounds and the sum of all stakes. It was noted as a one time off process, but it was released as a permanent solution for these particular rounds.

The GDM resolver was released on the 23rd of November. As a result the bonus games saved by Rock N Rolla were cancelled after 24 hours. This resulted in 12 bonus games being cancelled.

We immediately started investigation on our end and found cancellation requests from the game provider. After opening a ticket with the game provider it came to our attention that the GDM Resolver is an permanent tool, not temporarily. As All British Casino we asked if the tool could be removed from our modules, or that the 24 hours could be increased to 168 hours.

The response was as follows:

The game provider investigated and advised that there were only 12 bonuses.

They have analysed each bonus trigger and calculated (and simulated where necessary) the average expected win for each one.

In total, the player accumulated 388.75 in trigger wins, and the expected total bonus win is 8,116.83.

Therefore, if the player has been credited their trigger wins, then they should be awarded 8,116.83.

If they have lost their trigger wins, then they should be awarded 8,505.58.

We reminded them about our request and basically got told, this is not possible because the event of a game round not being finished is highly unlikely. Also that game rounds in general should be closed in seconds of the original wager.

So this means that our streamers, who we allow to save up bonuses are negatively affected by all content provider through SG.

Therefore we have made the decision to source the games from BTG which are available on the Microgaming platform, and disable them on SG so that our streamers can save their features.

We have also offered to double the prize money in the initial giveaway that was planned.

We hope that Rock N Rolla will agree so a new and exciting giveaway can be planned.

So I’ll be again collecting the bonuses that would of been and doing a whole new stream with now a £4,000 free giveaway! I’ll hopefully get them saved over the weekend and post the results/giveaway details on the forum.

That made no sense to me lol? I thought it a bonus does not save it will just credit you what the bonus would of paid?. But are you saying that basically I have to reach the top of lil devil in 24 hours or the hearts will vanish every time?. If yes then the game should be banned. And what about wild swarm?

Na he misunderstood you. It has been know to bug out and heart get losted. But it sounds like them taking away autos has reset the hearts. Contact them but don’t think you will get anything tbh.

I’ve just busted swarm yesterday and I’ve been on it all week, tho auto spins on vs is still active so it might change, but I’m finding it hard to see the logic of hearts/bees being knocked off after 24h …bugs voids games so in that sense you’d be screwed, but if a casino is changing something on a game that isn’t broken or removing something before your run is over and the result of that mechanic change causes you to lose progress then surely they have a duty to sort it out as its not a “ malfunction “ and doesn’t fall in the “ malfunction voids game “ rule…( there’s dick all you can do, they’ll hide behind it,  but this “malfunction voids” bollocks is something gcuk should look into, it’s a golden bullet for most casinos )

that what btg are saying, rock&rolla he build like bandit from £0.50 to £20 he lost most of theme,he lost like £20k on bonus
