[aa aaronoafc WANTED $20 Outlaw]

Signed up. Took bonus. Lost left 6p in bonus balence.

Deposited a week later cash, didn’t take bonus. However when playing money was coming off cash balence and any winnings paid as bonus funds.

Ended up winning about £400 this is when I went to withdraw and seen it was all bonus money.

Spoke to chat and apprantly coz a bonus was active even tho it was 6p left all winnings are paid as bonus funds until wager complete.

 

Safe to say the robbing C U Nect Thursdays ain’t getting a fucking penny ever again.

 

How is that even allowed.

Wouldn’t a spin to knock out the 6 pence mean you met wagering so bonus could be withdrawn ? I mean if you just span one more time

No, the spin would need to be done before money was deposited. Because there was a bonus balance and terms active it’s just put any winnings into the bonus pot tied to the wagering requirements.

It’s fairly shitty, the casino should have warned to clear balance before, but what the system has done is no doubt described in the agreed terms.

I fucked up many years ago in pretty much the same way but it involved 1p of bonus balance and a decent cash balance that couldn’t be withdrawn because there was 1p of bonus balance but you had to use the cash balance to spend the bonus balance. If the company is still going that balance should still be there 😂.

That’s when I started reading the terms much better before accepting bonuses (I nearly always decline for this reason)

I done the same thing, when using a bonus you need to use the entire amount up, you can’t leave anything behind as it will still be active and apply to any other deposits you make thereafter. Find a game that will let you change the lines to get rid of any extra balance or ask Chat and sometimes they will remove it. It’s all in that small print unfortunately.

speak to cs of they don’t have any 1p per line games like rainbow riches where you can pick how many lines you use. Quite funny, ironic, when you keep getting a few pence wins and end up above a quid and then take a “big” spin and win nothing. Aha.

They’ll probably say that you should have contacted them to ask for the bonus to be cancelled when you had 6p. That’ll be their get out clause. Just a big con.

Cancel bonus/speak to CS before you deposit or the 1p spins (pimped can 1p spin) I’ve checked and the casino I left money in because they wouldn’t let me withdraw with a 1p bonus balance has gone bump 👍
