Hi all,

I’ve registered with BC and gave it a bash. The site is not my cup of tea.

I’ve decided to delete my account. I’ve sent an e-mail to the support, but the only option they are offering me is self exclusion.

I’d like to delete my account along with personal data, as they are unregulated casino. I’m in the right to ask for this, or is self exclusion best I’m going to get?

I’m registered with BC and Vave for playing with crypto. When you register you don’t have to give any details other than your name and email address as its a crypto site.

I personally wouldn’t worry I’ve been with them for over 6 months and never had any issues with my details getting leaked as far as I’m aware. As for in the right as you said they are un regulated and are not obligated under the same rules as UK casinos, but from my experience the chat are helpful so I’d ask them.

I’m not sure where you have seen that i have advertised it as a bonus for you mate? I have a code which lets the casino know where you came from, all the bonuses can be found on the bonus tab or the promotions tab on the actual website?

BC casino bonus is only unlocked after some/all wagering requirements are met, and the wagering at bc is 500x to fully unlock! Compare this to the 30-50x we see at uk casinos and you see how stupid it is. I can’t see how anyone would ever complete wagering there

Seems to me the only way to get anything from this casino is to reach level 21, but for a lower stakes player like myself it’s simply never going to happen.

Other crypto sites at least let you use the bonus funds which makes them much more enjoyable to play as it’s not so bad wasting bonus funds trying crazy super buys 😂

Mate even unregulated casino’s are still subject to global data privacy and retention laws.

By law it’s a minimum of 5 years everywhere and in many countries much more they will hold your data AFTER the account is closed. Sounds like they are on dubious grounds saying that they can’t close your account. They would soon close it if they suspect you of wrong doings .

They DO give a bonus. It is in BCD crypto. It’s locked and is released as you complete wagering. Roughly $1 for every 500 wagered. It’s free and unrestricted. I’ve already released $30 which I used to play roulette with.
