Hi guys just need to let you know that I had won £2000 from a tiny deposit. They asked me to  verify my account so I sent them all the documents 22 days ago. Every single day since then I’ve been on live chat for two hours at least I’ve sent over 120 emails and I have sent 22 different documents. My withdrawal has been rejected five times. They know exactly what they are doing they are trying to stall me so I cancel my withdrawal. I’m now over three weeks and waiting for my money This is the worst service I’ve ever received in my life please avoid this casino at all costs I’m unsure if I will ever get my money out if anyone needs to see the emails on my documents they can they’ve all been excepted at 20 other casinos and casino calzone obviously very annoyed I wanna massive amount from such a small deposit.

As you can see Bandit is an Affiliate to VS, and they still did the same thing to him.

Had a brief look om the site. They use ibas to help settle disputes if you go back on the casino and scroll to the bottom of the page you will see the ibas logo. I would advise you go there and fill in the forms that match your case. It can often be a long process but well worth it to get what is rightfully yours. Are your documents all legitimate, in date and don’t conflict with any other documents they may have/you may have submitted?

If so, then yes this is pretty disgraceful and you’re rightfully annoyed. Not used this casino myself so I can’t vouch for them. As others have said, raise it on Ask Gamblers and they will chase up with an agent on your behalf to get it resolved.

What’s the reasons why they have declined your details? i cant see a casino such as calzone deliberately stalling a withdrawal, maybe a less known smaller brand then maybe .

It’s getting worse and worse, when I first started gambling online they didn’t even have pending withdrawals or anything. Now you have to wait days with it sitting there waiting to be reversed

 

I think it’s a joke they’ll take as much cash as you throw at them without verification but as soon as you wanna take some out they become very concerned about your age

This is one of the main reasons I like using Casumo, you can lock your withdrawal so it’s no use to them to stall with paying it out as you can’t reverse anyways. As others have said this is defintely a stalling tactic used by many casinos and it makes my piss boil.

£2000 is not a big withdrawal to a casino,was your winnings associated with any bonus they gave you,or was it just a cash deposit with no bonus?…they are alot more fickle bastards sometimes when a bonus was attached…i had a similar thing with Videoslots,in the end had to goto IBAS who obviously sided with me as i had done nothing wrong,but meant VS kept my deposits+winnings for 10months…thats the downside of IBAS etc,it takes a long time to actually get sorted….so i would get your complain in now,or email calzone saying you are going to the GC and IBAS that sometimes gets them to pay.

Go to Ask Gamblers They sorted my issues with casinos every time.As long as all docs you have sent are in date etc, there should be no dispute at all. Ask Gamblers are excellent I always check casino reviews on their site before I ever sign up anywhere.
