How so? Is it through AI?
Not AI, but more like, “Big data” gathered by providers / game dev’s. Personalised gaming. Knowing your breaking point. Knowing what to throw at you that hauls you over into your next deposit. All well perfectly crafted, in order to suck you pretty much in deeper and deeper into the rabbit hole.
Lets say if i present you a slot of 100% RTP, and you play with 50 bucks, i could continuously give you small wins just enough to match my 100% RTP, and still make you lose everything you have. How many times did you deposit 50, played your 50, and end back on 50, to withdrawl that same 50? Chances are 9 to 10 times you dont. You continue. That is what we’re seeing more and more these days, which is granting the casino’s and providers more profit.
On paper they could argue look this player did had a 100% RTP!!!!111 But the reality is that you lost your deposit and only had (useless) playing time for whatever it lasted.
When i play a slot i always think in money in vs money out. Not what i wagered. At the end of the day we could wager into oblivious and still not hit a withdrawl. You get where i’m going?
All slots simply follow a predefined mathematics. This ensures the thing operates within ‘spec’ as intended and grants both casino and provider their cut.
