Had some free spins on one of my accounts today cba with depositing and losing at the minute so thought I’d play them don’t always because you never get anything, however turned the free spins into around £10 to then playing a few games and doing well got the balance at around the £110 mark decided to up my bet still a little bit to wager and thought whatever I get I’ll use it anyway, end up getting the bonus on legacy of ra megaways on 2 quid about 30 odd in the balance it blows the doors off for just shy off 900x £1741 then complete the wager with £1650 in the balance for that to drop down to £100 to then realise the max I can win from any free spins is £100 honestly I’m not a big stake gambler 20-40p so that type of balance is incredible to me and to not even lose it has really really hurt I’ve ended up spinning the £100 which tbh I was either gonna get that money up to 4/5 hundred or fk all but I just can’t believe my luck devastated to say the least!!!!!

Just to put some extra salt in my wounds Peterborough cost me £336 on a fiver footy bet drew 0-0 so all in all I’ve lost a fiver but feels like I’ve lost an absolute fortune.

I’ve had hurtful losses in the past but nothing has hurt like that one yesterday brutal to be honest and the worst part of it was I didn’t hit a thing with the £100 pound haha but is what it is hurt like hell

Been there, got a no deposit bonus of $50 turned it into $13000, they cap no deposit bonuses at $200 withdrawal after wagering. I talked to my casino manager on the chat as i am a “vip” (i know they give this to anyone that plays somewhat regularly) at the site and they agreed to payout $2500 which was nice but not $13000. My advice to anyone if this happens is to contact the casino if you are a regular, $2500 is certainly better than $200.

I actually got in touch with somebody and I’ve been apart of the company for a while but they basically said that it’s the terms and there set in stone, they literally can’t adjust terms for a player because then what’s the point in terms which at the end of the day I accepted you can’t do anything about it really, they did put a £20 free bet in my account which is better than nothing but I understood and just have to move on what else can you do, I wasn’t expecting it which was what got me but is what it is

I suppose this is how Rosh and other fake streamers feel everyday.. I’ve never understood why they cap winnings on bonus monies, unless it was one of those Jackpot games…, otherwise they should just honour it. IMO!

I’ve fallen foul of this, albeit in 2001, so early days of online gambling.  I was given some free credit, something like £10 and played a few rounds of roulette.  Not really my cuppa tea as I’m a slots guy, but I managed to get the balance to £50.  The casino said no when I tried to cash it out as I haven’t completed the wagering requirement.  I know wagering rules get progressively stricter, but even 22 years ago there were rules!  Once I did fulfill the requirement, I was able to cash out £12 as that was my balance at that point.  The money came in the post by cheque!  Anyone remember those bygone days?

I did get £100 for nothing in reality in which I should have closed the site down and came back a few days later because that’s my usual deposit for a bonus hunt or session etc but I was tilted expecting to make a big withdrawal and have a good amount for a good session but wasn’t to be and I simply just wasted the £100 was gone in about 20 mins haha but even after a day I feel better so you win some you lose some but I do agree with smooth I don’t understand why caps are there because you have to wager which is hard enough if there was no wager then fair enough caps may not be bad but completing a wager is always a struggle generally so caps are a bit of a joke but what can ya do I generally don’t use free spins or bonuses so normally not an issue for me!
