so i signed up to this casino via bandits code as i did with bcgame (brilliant casino cant fault it) i put £750 in as i usually do, i had a notification for the 100% bonus which im sure i said no too anyway it added it to my account finally found the button to fourfit the bonus as i dont want it expecting it to leave me with my original bonus! but no after i pressed forfeit i lost everything. basically gave the casino £750 without playing a slot!!! apparently if u accept bonus it converts all ur money to bonus funds and i had to wager like 50k to get it back to normal..

Absolutely livid! i will not use this casino again i will stick to bcgame at least i know they can be trusted.

It comes up at the start with a huge option of accepting that bonus mate, can’t miss it…. i’m sure a discussion with their customer service will allow you to play with your deposit, the only time i’d imagine that not to be available is if you used it first which going by your post, you didn’t.

im sure i pressed no, i always do. you will never complete waging as you know will know, i didn’t contact support for the simple reason i expected them to just pie me off as technically we shouldn’t be playing there anyway hence the VPN lol but i will drop them a message and see what they say mate.

Update! So i gave it the benefit of the doubt and put another £1000 in, ended up getting max win on bill $ coin decided to test withdrawal process, withdrawal sat in NEW status for ages so contacted support who authorized it straight away money now in my wallet, was also advised if happens again just to contact them sometimes it gets stuck in queue.

Casino itself seems ok think i still prefer bcgame, u also level up very fast i went from level 1 – 235 in 4 hour session 😊, i will continue to use them.

note to everyone dont accept the bonus on sign up as u cant forfeit it without losing all your funds.

ps. @thebandit please ask them to add wild unicorns gutted I couldn’t play that yesterday lol

Why aren’t these casinos associated with gamstop? It’s too easy for someone who has made the decision to block themselves to gamble again. Addicts are being encouraged to gamble when they can. It’s just an opinion. These sites being promoted are for hardcore gamblers in my opinion, or encourage them in to dark side if gambling. Buying bonuses were banned in the UK for a reason, a bloody good one.

Putting things like this on does more harm than good, it lets people who otherwise didn’t know that they aren’t on Gamstop.

Gamstop is a UK initiative, these casinos are “regulated” abroad. You can’t just sign up as a UK player and play, as UK players are blocked. There are ways round that, but officially unsupported/not accepted.
