    Start a ticket with ibas. You’ll surely get at least your deposit back but you can try for the winnings too.

    I would assume they also have a 1 account per household rule in their ts and Cs so you could try to argue that your wife was just playing with you on your account as she wasn’t allowed to open her own one. We all know if you hadn’t won no one would’ve said anything about it heh.

    As a minimum you absolutely must get your deposit back otherwise I’d be extremely shocked.

    Well, the time between the winnings and now and the multiple interactions, got a feeling they’re not just gonna honour the win now after refusing this whole time!

    But im pretty sure I’ll get the deposits back, just waiting for them to contact me back now. Obviously Christmas period, being a little slower.

    And I agree with your comments, yeah it’s my fault, yeah I should have read the ‘terms and conditions’. Live and you learn huh. ??

    Probably not a qood idea that, not least that he has already stated to the company that he was using his wifes card to play on his own account and they will have this down a matter of record. As soon as he starts lying or trying to bluff he will weaken any case he might raise through other avenues.

    so they responded! They said they would honour the deposits back as a ‘good will gesture’ but apparently were under no obligation to?

    So I get £270 back and they keep the £6880.
