Well, to my delight, I was finally on course to potentially winning a competition ( I have possibly the worst luck EVER!) Through to the semi finals and feeling lucky, until the typical luck kicks in and we hit a no score! ?

It’s all fun and games, and I was just taking a second to thank you “the bandit” for your co nstant entertainment! Not only that but for being a degenerate gambler, to stop me spunking all my money being a degenerate!

So Merry Christmas Bandit, Thanks for the opportunity!

On a side note, some help regarding an issue I’m facing with Supercasino, I won abit of money on the roulette and came to withdraw the money, but was using my ‘Mrs’ Debit card. Because it was deposited with her card and I’m trying to withdraw, they’ve froze the account and are now refusing to pay out the money! Having a nightmare right before Christmas ? Any advise would be appreciated!?

I’m sorry to say it but you will probably find it’s against their terms and conditions (card must be in your name), and so they probably aren’t obliged to pay out, but it is harsh because the casino should have blocked the deposit in the first place when the name on the card didn’t match your account details.

They cannot both refuse to pay out and keep the deposit. They are not the law no matter what their terms and conditions say. If you had full permission to make the deposit, the system accepted it, THEY are liable either way.

    Oh and FUCK THE LAW.

I was in a similar situation once, I also deposited with my wifes card and won a decent amount, then had problems withdrawing.

My solution was (via livechat) to explain, as mentioned above about them not being able to keep depo/withdrawal etc, and provide identification for the wifes card (ID,POA,UB) and tell them I had her permission. They then agreed to process my withdrawal and block the wifes card.

Had my withdrawal within the usual timeframe and havent looked back.

Maybe I was just lucky but worth a try.

They are straight up refusing to pay me out, I have argued the case with them on live chat, phone and email. Offered to provide proof of her bank, I.D etc… they’re not having it. My point was that, if they accepted the payment method in the first place then they should either 1. Pay out the total winning amount 2. Pay me back the money I have deposited from that card. They refused both. Not even a free 20 spins on fucking starburst!

I’d recommend not using SuperCasino guys. Straight up ruined my Xmas.

hope everyone has some better luck!

    Merry Christmas Everyone!

Email them (with receipt) that they cannot do both, keep the deposit and the return and that you will give them chance to sort it out or they will get both legal action and publicity. I’m sure we’ll all support you. Also, go on casinomeister and start a thread there. They may well have a rep on site.

I am 100% certain they cannot keep both sets of money. In the very least, it’s immoral. You did nothing illegal.

They stated it was my fault for not reading the terms and conditions! And that as I had broken terms and conditions there was nothing they could offer, even in “compensation”.

They quoted some lines regarding fraud, that their payment system is automated, and that the only obligation they had was to follow guidelines to provide safety against fraud on both my account and my bank?

Who even reads those things!!? I only ever read them if it has anything to do with wagering, anything else you don’t read!

Well ive sent a lengthy email to support again, so let’s see if I can get this resolved. But it’s not looking hopeful ?

Yeah it is a bit of a grey area when using a card that isn’t your own, some places let you get away with it but make you jump through a million hoops first and some just don’t have any of it, how much are they holding back, like was it a super bazooka win? You would think common sense would come in to play if it was a normal amount!

It’s in the terms that you agreed to so there’s nothing you can do. You shouldn’t have used someone else’s card in the first place. With all the rules and regulations that concern money laundering did you really think it’d be okay? How is the system for depositing supposed to know it ain’t your card? The technology isn’t there lol so you can’t blame it on them. The bank would literally have to be integrated into the casino so they could cross reference payer and account holder during payment and that obviously isn’t feasible to even expect.

With all that said and done, they can NOT keep your deposit. Especially if you’re in the UK and this casino has an UK license. If talking to them isn’t getting anywhere, I highly suggest to go to Casinomeister forum and make a thread and/or submit a PAB. You’ll get your deposit back eventually, but kiss goodbye to your winnings because they’re under no obligation to give them. They could if they were nicer, but it’s clear they don’t want to.

Yeah, kinda shit outta luck. I’ve sent them a lengthy email, requesting for deposits refunded. So hopefully I’ll get that at a minimum, if they don’t want to refund it then I’ll definitely make a post on casinomeister. For now, ball is in their court.

Just a huge kick in the dick though, especially with Xmas just here too, I probably have £300ish in deposits and like 7k in winnings, I know what would be more helpful! ?

thanks for the replies fella’s! Hope you all have a top Christmas!

sorry, but going to have to side with the casino on this one.   Firstly it doesn’t sound like you have joint bank account, theoretically you therefore have no rights to agree expenditure with the card, not least on gambling sites, regardless of any verbal agreement.  Secondly it is fine for your Mrs to say she gave you authority to use the card now that you have won big, but conversely if you had lost £6800 she could quite rightly go to the casino and claim you used her card fraudulently.

As for “who reads the terms and conditions”, well that’s what they are there for.   I would also suggest that that argument that you should threaten them with publicity is hardly likely to work – this is not newsworthy stuff “Man uses his partners card to gamble, breaches terms, and doesn’t get paid out is not going to knock the indonesian Tsunami off the front pages.
