By the sounds of it, you’d realised you had a problem in 2019 after binning your life savings and threw yourself on Gamstop, first of all get yourself back on that!
All I can suggest is to echo what others and say that there’s always another option than the dark thoughts. Get the Samaritans on the phone, I think you can even text them if you don’t want to talk.
The NHS option that bandit suggested is amazing if you can get yourself onto it, give them a call and see if you can!
