If I was you, i would consider gamstop or self excluding from the sites you play at. It’s clear by what you’ve said that you have a problem – or are starting to develop one. You should only play with what you can afford, and when it comes to gambling money you have for bills, it’s a sign you need help. They have some forums where you can ready stories from people who it’s happening to at the same time, as well as recovery diaries. It may help.
As for the money you need, I would ring your bank to see if they will allow you an overdraft. Stay away from payday loans and loan sharks. You don’t want to get your self deeper in the hole than you are already.
