Well i wouldn’t settle for that personally and i would complain my arse off until they gave me the spins, did they have a line in the original email that said “we reserve the right to change this offer without notice” because i would say if they didn’t then they can’t. If they did, then i guess they covered themselves, still bad form though.

I was just having a swarm or two last night and noticed this one on Casumo, i had a little go on the lowest feature buy level which was £10 per bonus and it was awful, paying like pence, not even reaching a quid haha

I will have a bash of that Da Vinci one soon too, a couple of requests have been put in for that one already 😀

Screenshot the email that you received and post it up for us mate. I would imagine if it is a genuine Videoslots email, whatever the offer says should be honoured, providing you have completed the criteria inside the specified timescale, which i would imagine would also be included in the email.

Sounds like you worked out a way to keep getting the jackpot, pretty similar to what i try to do on many machines i buy in to this day haha

Were you playing it on a site with Turbo spins on? I can’t play it anywhere else now as it just takes so long lol! My worst ever cost to get to max on 20p is £82 and a lot of the time i have been in profit by the time i get to max which is always a bonus. It is so exciting each time a bee lands when it is sat there maxed, especially when it gives itself a little wiggle just to tease you too haha!
