Also why should the agent give you their personal details? You deal with the company, not them. Their full name is irrelevant. You can find out details of any company.

Regarding call logs and chats. Its all saved against the handler. There will definately be a trail for accountability. My company knows my bowel habbits mate lol. Everything is recorded.

We have to get our terms spot on and inform the customer every step of the way. Give a benefits and exclusions of every cover and add on. Agents are salaried and marked on compliance and customer scores, not sales at all. Claims are so customer focused that we do all we can to pay out now. We stand by our policies. Huge fines if we dont.

But thats an award winning insurer. Pick a broker who works on commision or an insurer on price over service then expect to get spanked when you need them.
