Right guys I’ve e-mailed a complaint to videoslots regarding this matter as it stung me aswel I have brought up people’s concerns and have asked them to at least do the right thing and reach out and try and sort this problem out for there customer’s in some way of compensation i have mentioned things like people who have a 20 deposit limit have deposited 15 then only to be told they need to deposit another 10 well they cannot because they deposit limit and also mentioned the long distance selling act regulations so it means they offer something over the phone internet etc then you pay for that thing but do not receive it.then that’s in breach of the long distance selling regulation it doesn’t matter weather it’s an error or not it’s the law so hopefully this goes some way to helping those who have been affected out i will let you know videoslots response on here as soon as I here back from them……fingers crossed videoslots do the right thing for there customer’s hope this helps folks ?

Hi just wanted to say I received an email from videoslots saying deposit 15pound or more and receive 100 spins over the next few days 13th to the 16th i think it was that’s 15 pound each day and I would receive 100 on play and go slots anyway I made a deposit of 50pound then checked and my free spins were nowhere to be seen contacted live chat and they said they have changed it to 2x 10 pound deposits without any notice I told them I have just made a 50 pound deposit and they said I would need to make another deposit of at least 10 pound to receive the free spins haha ………the next day at 00.17 in the morning England time lol I made 2x 10pound deposits to receive the next set of 100 spins and again they were not there so again went on live chat and she told me it was only 11.17 at night even tho in England it was 00.17 in the morning so if I wanted the next set of 100 spins i would have to wait till 1 minute last 1 in the morning and make another 2x 10 pound deposits to receive these spins because from there end it was 11.17gmt well not from my end it wasn’t so i have complained to videoslots about all this now just waiting for an apology or maybe some compensation for there loyal customer who only plays at this casino but if I get home of the above i will most definitely be finding one that does card for there business and there loyal customers so yeah the previous comment you are completely right mate videoslots just moved the goal posts without any warning very naughty i hope you fight them every step of the way on this …………..long distance selling act regulations basically what videoslotshas done is wrong and they cannot do this always know your rights no the law then there if nothing they can say if you don’t your stuff you are gunna get trampled on hope this helps a little mate
