How’d you get on with the out of office reel king session @TheBandit ?

It was obviously quite clear @justbasics but we cant all jump down someones throat because it could genuinely be a cry for help.

My wife and kids are starving but I need £500 for a new laptop Bandit…

Today and tomorrow off for me before I start my 7day stint so im just chilling 😉

You can upload images straight from your phone via the little mountain symbol in the top of the reply box.

A new laptop is probably the only way forward considering the extent of the damage youve described.

Obviously if money is an issue and main factor in causing your mental state then alot of the previously mentioned methods that are free will help you to no end.

A picture and description of the problems your having might help, failing that just take it to a computer shop, also youtube is available via many devices, smart phones, tvs etc so if thats the main use of your laptop then no need to worry about missing your fave youtube vids.

I cant see the issue with the account being played from different IP addresses, I get that it can be an issue with multiple IPs from the same address but what about people who play in different locations? From home, work or a friends house.

I play alot on my phone using 4G from all around my region as probably to alot of people. Again, can’t see this being the problem.

If theyve gone to the provider to investigate your consistent big wins then the only thing I can think of is that they (VS) think theres a flaw in the game of sorts and the way you play the game has fucked witwith the algorithms of it. Even then though this is their issue not yours.

Hope you get it sorted bud, it really is a slap in the face though, you should definately be on their VIP lists and for the chat support to treat you like that is outrageous.
