I just checked my RTP on it and I’m still over 130%.

as I said I don’t complain about losing and I also don’t think it’s rigged, it’s just a high volatility game due to the fact it can easily do a few 1000x wins on the feature.

I tend to only play the higher risk games anyway, my balance can easily fluctuate up or down £10k a month depending on results. But that’s always been my preferred choice of games, I also play a lot of roullette which is always interesting, extra chilli is a walk in the park compared to that. Haha.

I ended up reversing 10k earlier this year as they took so long to cash it out, can’t blame them though as that’s just down to me being a dick.

It’s been over 3 days since they last responded to me now so I know they are gonna take the piss and just ignore me.

I’ve been playing on there for the last couple of years, not had any trouble with cashing out previously. (Cashed out £45,000 earlier this year and money was in my bank within 7 days)

Just makes me laugh that you can’t talk on the phone and everytime I email it takes them 2 or 3 days to reply, then they just ask the same questions they’ve already asked. Once this gets sorted out I’ll be closing my account with them and then moving elsewhere.
