In their help section it simply states they are only liable to refund the bet, not sure where you can go with it, someone else that has had the issue before may be of better help. But from their point of view, they are already offering more than they should. Hope you get it sorted though mate.

Sounds like a fun night, I don’t drink so the free bar is irrelevant to me, but would be good to meet more Bandit fans and the man himself. I’d be heading over from Doncaster, and obviously with work would need notice to bang holiday day in for the next day.

The song is awesome, but 45 spins on a bonus for 113x is pretty poor
