Thing is its not true no fraud was committed and they didn’t ‘refuse’ to pay out you just got a little annoyed and played what you had won. Hopefully people can use this warning about how they go about withdrawals. Am not sticking up for this casino am just giving an unbias view of how i see it

Yeah i guess its hard for me to understand how people get into these situations as i don’t get these urges. I don’t know why you would even visit a site you are already waiting on a pending withdrawal unless you were wanting to play there again. Yes casumo is prob the best way to go if you can’t control yourself as you can take away the temptation on there

Its not bullshit i have had my account frozen on several occasions blocking all transactions. Am not saying that is what has happened here but it can happen. Never heard of the casino so no experience with them but you need to face up what has happened and make sure you dont make the same mistakes again

Sorry to hear that they reversed your withdrawal i know its tough and abit shady but please stop looking to blame others in the end this is your own fault. Just because the money was put back into available funds does not mean you had to spend them. Sure it may have taken longer to get them by continuing to try and withdraw, also i have had the bank not accept a payment before it was an issue where my account was put on hold but after calling the bank it was lifted and then all worked fine so it can happen. I do agree it should of stayed as a pending withdrawal while the issue was sorted but its on you that the funds are now gone mate
