What people don’t realise is what you’ve said takes so much courage. I have total respect for you for saying that. Your already half way there without knowing it just by admitting you have a problem. Your only 27 and with next to no debt everything is in your favour. My advice as english guy rightfully said use the gamstop facility. Find a way that makes it impossible to gamble. If your at home make sure even if you wanted to gamble you can’t. You say about the money you have spent and could of saved. No consolation but at 41 I think I’ve lost at least half a million in my life. Please don’t do what I did between 27 and 41. I’m currently on gamstop and have been for 3 months. I won’t lie it’s not easy but I feel million times better. Hope this post helps and good luck.

Nice one mate. It doesn’t take long till you can see a difference. Nearly 3 months for me and I can see improvements in my life already. I just wish I was a gambler who could gamble sensibly. You know that bet with what you can afford. Don’t chase losses and everything. My problem was or is should I say I can’t do anything in moderation.

Lol. I’ll do my best. You know I asked a guy few weeks ago who bet everyday if he was winning. He seemed quite happy to tell me he hadn’t lost that day and he’d broke even. I asked him if he’d be happy breaking even everyday. He said yes I would. I said well you know how to do that. Well he’s not had a bet since that day I’m pleased to say.

It’s wrong mate you should be able to post losses and without prejudice. I had a problem few weeks ago and even waited till I’d solved my problem. None related gambling it was work stuff but sorted it then posted about it. The topic I started was called ” glad I didn’t post ” and guess what I still got some shit for it.

Agreed I did it too many times. I remember chasing a six acrobats bonus for some unknown reason. Ended up on roulette and £1100 later felt sick as fuck. As for the people on here who have lost it’s a tricky one. Most are genuine I truly believe that but you do have to be mindful. I just think if I’ve gambled for 35 years surely I can help someone with all the experience I have.

Your fuckin spooky that was me last night. Said to the missus in the pub I could easily have a quick £50 on the slots. On gamstop since early November. Woke up this morning and thought thank fuck for that. Well that was after I thought bloody hell my head hurts. ??????.

Yeah he looks like he’s just got up after a nap or something ?. At 3 0 and Wright averaging 71 or whatever it was it all looked a bit easy for Lewis. Not quite sure now.
