If all you wanted was a chance to win your money back you never know mate it might be a blessing. Yes you could of won it back but how would you have a felt if you lost another £1350 chasing the first £1350 you lost or even more besides.

If your happy to deposit more then do that but as argl rightly said most on average would need more spins. Other way though could be lower the stake to say 10p or 20p and if you get up to say £20 or £30 then up it to 40p or 60p. That’s of course if you want to keep the deposits the same. If they haven’t done anything wrong then there is clearly no chance of any refund. Rightly or wrongly if and that’s a big if they have not played by the rules they should be accountable for their actions. Either to the players or the relevant authorities. 888 were fined millions as you know for letting players deposit after self exclusion. Whether I think the customer should be refunded is another matter. Your right in a way as he’s on gamstop for clearly a very good reason but for me it’s us against them. If there was away to get something back me personally I would try. Even though knowing full well it’s my own fault. Maybe not online but I’ve been done countless times where a machine has gone off and all anyone says is malfunction voids all pays. To me that’s bollox. I actually have to say I don’t remember reading a post on here about anyone taking out a payday loan to gamble with. Real whiskers owed to a payday company which was myjar but he didn’t say he used it for gambling. I honestly can’t think of any other posts.

Yes just put the odd £20 in mate till it goes to max. It’s a dangerous game with high risk but potentially great reward. When it goes to max my advice is just play with what you can afford. I’ve seen a swarm activated from as little as 2 bees but also bandit took 137 bees once. I think average swarm is 264x or something close to that. I would up the stake when it goes to max. If there is even a remote chance of getting your deposits back I’d say go for it. You have nothing to lose. Who cares where you were irresponsible or if you had won. Fact is that’s in the past. If they are in the wrong as blacko has said he enquired successfully so it’s worth pursuing.
