You’ll find corruption and evil in anything that involves money particularly a lot of money and particularly something that has an addictive element

As far as ive gathered Mr B your an anti capitalist so therefore you don’t see profits at the hight of importance, but big businesses do and provided they’re acting within the law of the land they don’t really care if some people take their product too far be it beer, cigarettes, porn or gambling they care about the money

Haha I wouldn’t call it shit by any stretch but I have a colourful past. its only the last 12 months I’ve stopped behaving like a degenerate criminal.. Its all experience though and I’ve learned a lot, have a look at my old threads I made one once about it when I was feeling pretty low

And that was working for the largest contact centre in the world which has big name clients including Microsoft, hovis, new look, deliveroo… I don’t know if they have any casino clients but I wouldn’t be surprised if most casinos outsource their customer service so the agents your speaking too may not even work for a casino directly they’re just on a casino campaign, I’ve been an agent for one client one day and then an agent for a completely different industry the next like food one day, clothing the next

In my experience in Cs you don’t really have a choice in being corrupt or not , you have to follow scripts, greet correctly, ask the correct questions, if you don’t then you don’t hit your kpi and get dragged into a disaplinary and potentially fired, they even time how long it takes you to piss genuinely everything a Cs agent says is said because they get bollocked if they don’t that’s why it seems like robotic responses

I once got bollocked for saying bye instead of goodbye for example

The Indian dudes in my local shop actively enable my alcohol problem with special offers on my favourite beers, it isn’t there fault I struggle to control my drinking though..
