    Their UK license has been suspended due to issues with handling possible addictive players. They say they are working on it but no idea how long that will take. Best of luck though.

    I have the same message on a play frank. Says fund can be withdrawn but play has been suspended.

    They are going to be pulling out of the UK market as they are about to be fined as fuck.

    They had it suspended for legal reasons. So if they stay itll be a bit different, and they are gonna be fined.

    Did you get your withdrawal? After a week of them sending me pish. I have now had an email for everymatrix saying I show signs of a problem gambler, In 3 years I have deposit 6 times and have a limit set in place. So I can only assume it was because I reversed my withdrawal. (twice) I wanted to play with a bigger balance than my usual £20 deposit.  I got up to £200 and cash it. What part does that show I have a problem. How you getting on with yours?

    Ignore the email, I had the same one this morning even though I’m excluded. I’ve been onto live chat and they said it’s from the responsible gambling team and it’s been sent to all customers, even those that are self excluded apparantly.

    think self excluded players are the best gamblers lol. I checked it out was a stupid survey with terrible answers, Do you chase wins always sometimes never …. Who hasn’t chased a win, as long as you can chase it within your means!

    You think they will still cash out?

    Anyone who wants to gamble whether it be a compulsive gambler or first time gambler will put no to all of the answers. I know because as gamblers, we aren’t fucking stupid, and I’ve done it myself before. It’s not hard to lie on a survey if you really want a gamble is it.

    Yeah I think they should let you withdraw still. Get onto live chat, they will tell you same as I did because I spoke to them. Just an email sent to all customers. 🙂
