As long as you haven’t broken any terms you will get your withdrawals fine but will probably end up with a network gub or complete ban. Happens a lot with them. They don’t like you taking their bonuses for some reason, even if you loose.
127th February 2019 at 7:20 pm #51464You should be fine if you have the log of them saying there was no wagering limit. No reason not to pay you or withhold the funds.Enjoy the winnings and hope they clear in your account in time to but us all a cadburys cream egg for easter…lol . Nice win bud, enjoy. 🙂
27th February 2019 at 7:23 pm #51466If you have the logs you should be ok. All you can do is play the waiting game for now mate
Well done on the win!!

Well that’s the thing, I haven’t broken any of their generic promo terms, but there is a stipulation in there to say they can apply terms otherwise not stated on their t&c page, extremely vague and just covers their arse in case of any big wins imo!
Not fussed about the ban, I’ll be heading for the hills when (if) I get my winnings anyway.

Aye, I’ve saved the logs, got a feeling they will be needed very soon when I get the inevitable email from some manager copy and pasting their “Promotion abuse” canned response…

Why not end the trauma for yourself now and make sure you have not broken any rules. Since chat logs show you were given a green light you should be ok but even I sense some room for doubt. You can also goto casinomeister forum and seek official help there as they most likely have a rep on board there who will help you and if they don’t play by the rules, they get labelled a rogue casino.
Considering the billions these companies make combined, I hope you get what is rightfully yours.

Actually a contract is a contract and anyone making stuff up along the way is liable to being sued and depending on what the judge sees and determines is fitting, could cost a liar everything. I can’t for example sit here and say I just made up a Mr B tax style payment from you is now due whence your withdrawal is complete. You haven’t agreed to that before hand, in any documentable way.

Oh and just to cover you a little a little further, ambiguity – that is: vagueness that allows for more than one interpretation, always benefits the person who didn’t draw up the contract. This is an american definition but without checking, make sense here too
“Courts abide by the rule that an ambiguous contract is interpreted against the party who drafted it. In other words, the party who did not draft the contract will be given the benefit of the doubt so to speak. Also, sometimes the background or circumstances surrounding the contract can eliminate ambiguity.”

Sorry to quote myself but since my post has been reported, to the anonymous person who reported, you clearly haven’t read it properly. That is a 100% legal stance in american and the american part is stated. Also, I did say in regards to here, “without checking” means CHECK.
You’re welcome.
28th February 2019 at 9:58 pm #51758Update:
The first 1k withdrawal has been processed, should be in my bank tomorrow. Playzee have a ridic low withdrawal cap of 2.5k / week (UKGC have launched an investigation into this albeit not with this casino)
Shocking withdrawal terms, as a result of my huge balance, I’ve accumulated well over the 15,000 threshold in points to qualify for VIP status, so hopefully further withdrawals will reach my bank account quicker (24hr as opposed to 48hr according to live chat) and the 2.5k cap is lifted to an unknown figure (they wouldn’t tell me) once I’m VIP.
My balance has peaked at 21k, just had a blast on Jewel Strike epic spins at £100 a spin, I do not advise this as I walked with a 14k balance.
Current state of play:
14k balance
1k withdrawal accepted
1k withdrawal pending.Password changed to something like “sjdsjkjfs3492” – better than taking a break as they may flag this and it could affect my withdrawals from being processed.
My heart can’t take this anymore… please steer well clear of White Hat gaming and all of their brands
28th February 2019 at 10:06 pm #51759Take a minute mate. If you go back and keep playing you know what is most likely to happen to your remaining balance. That’s what they want. By stalling you they expect players to play off their balance. Don’t let them win. It’s a patience game they are happy to play as gamblers don’t have much patience. Stay firm and prove your different. You want every penny of that balance and I hope you get it.
211st March 2019 at 5:57 am #51798That is such a weasel trick by the casinos and is as Haz states, purely there to encourage you to go back in and lose the lot, imagine winning an £1.5m jackpot, it would take you almost 12 years to get your money out of them 🙂 With my luck I would win it at the ripe old age of 98.
11st March 2019 at 9:32 am #51819Why would you nly have a 1k pending withdrawal if the cap is 2.5k?,or try for more as they say its increased as you are VIP?
11st March 2019 at 11:53 am #51859UPDATE:
2nd withdrawal of £1k has been approved, this was the important one as it meant that my account went from -£489 to +£511 in deposits… so I know they aren’t trying to pull a fast one in only paying me back my losses (which has happened to me before at another snide casino)
I withdrew another £500 last night to take my total withdrawals to £2.5k – this is pending.
Tried my luck at withdrawing a further £1k this morning, which to my surprise is now pending too, taking total withdrawals to £3.5k.
According to live chat, my account has not yet been given a withdrawal increase from £2.5k, and I’ve only been at this for 5 days so fuck knows why that last grand wasn’t declined straight away…
Starting to think about cars/holidays now but there is a long way to go…
1st March 2019 at 12:29 pm #51872£2.5k/week is horrifically low! I’d steer clear of these guys.
Please make sure to update us once all of the funds are out of your account and into your bank! Resist the urge to gamble with that money – plenty of nice things you can buy with it, and it’ll be in your bank eventually!
