I deposited £10 earlier today with a 100% bonus on all netent games, I was using my £10 credit as I would normal. I lost my £10, so I went onto a netent game to use my bonus but my bonus £10 wasn’t there. I called them and they claimed I didn’t click on the bonus before depositing, which I did…I even remember seeing it in the bonus money.
They (Aspers Casino) said there is nothing they can do about it.
It really makes me angry that they can do this and get away with it. I love gambling, especially online slots, but this is really unfair.
