Just tried playing roulette, had 15 quid left in the balance, decided to throw 5 each on 13, 14 and 15…  then it pops up, unsufficient balance and bet rejected, although i had 15 quid and the bet was 15 quid….  then 13 comes in……  do you think i have a claim to £180?

I’ve found a few times whilst playing on VS that my balance sometimes is “off” by like a penny. It’s not really, but they think it is. This could be the same issue.

Unfortunately you’re not entitled to the winnings because the bet was rejected and the cash refunded. If they took the bet it’d be a different story! However, send this video to VS and (hopefully) they should give you some form of compensation.

The reply i got was, Evolution Gaming live casino products are currently down due to maintenance, therefore none of the bets place in their games are accepted.  Shouldnt even allow me to put a bet on in the first place, just to be rejected on the spin…..   The game should be offline if its having maintenance…  cop out casinos  😛  hehe

Its really really hard to kick you out of a live stream game. Anyone logged into it before the maintenance cant just be removed. So it will error. Your watching evolution not videoslots, and obviously VS has no access to the evolution feeds to remove you.

Just went back on with my £15, did the same bet, 13, 14 & 15 and 13 came out again..  what are the chances…..   cash out 150 and see what i can do with the 30 🙂

The one thing bugging me is why you did all the curser work with the first bet? If that was your first bet why would you be highlighting it?
