    Hi

I would like to warn any players who consider playing at FrankFred Casino.

I was allowed to play at their site when I should have been denied, due to being self-excluded for gambling issues on their sister sites, who use the same license.

Not only was I allowed to play, but I was also denied refund of lost deposits.

I asked for an explanation and after almost a month they responded and confirmed I was self excluded from their sister sites, but had not given gambling issues as a reason for the exclusion.

This is incorrect as I know I gave gambling problems as the reason for the exclusion.

We all know what would’ve happened if I won big and wanted to cash out.

I will write an MGA-complaint as a last attempt to retrieve my money back.

Proof of my claims can be given upon request.

Will write an update if anything changes.

Let me get this right. You deposited there knowing you shouldn’t have. If you had won, they would have denied your cashout and you wouldn’t have been happy. Now that you’ve lost, you’re not happy they are not refunding your deposits.
I suppose my question is: why deposit at all if it was never going to end well?
Is your issue that they shouldn’t have let you play at all?

    Hi

I became aware of my exclusion after playing there.

I know they enforce the rules with regards to winnings, so I would never knowingly try to play at a casino where I was excluded.

So my issue is that I should not have been able to play there. And I should have received my deposits back.

Those rules apply to casinos having an MGA or UKGC license.

I have filed an MGA complaint, so hopefully that will sort things.

Just an idea but it might be worth registering with Casinomeister and asking for a PAB to be issued on your behalf. They quite frequently have casino reps present in the forums that would rather settle disputes amicably rather than get the bad press on a public platform that puts punters off depositing at their casino. From what i’ve heard, the MGA isn’t particularly quick at dealing with complaints, if at all. Good luck and i hope you get it sorted out.

Seriously?  You have gambling problems so you joined an online site to gamble.   You then proceeded to lose and now want your money back.

If it works let me know, I will be down the local bookies within an hour to claim back all the money I have lost to them.  Just to make it clear my line to them is “I have a problem with gambling, lost my money so can I have it back as you shouldn’t have let me gamble”

Hopefully they won’t use the personal responsibility line – everyone knows that doesn’t apply to gamblers
