    Red tape? What is that even supposed to mean? If you’re referring to verification procedures, which I assure you, are the norm and standard at any respectable casino you play at, there’s nothing to worry about provided that the details you provided on sign-up were truthful.

    Yes I was referring to the verification process, I think I may have made it more complicated than it needed to be, when I deposited I used my wife’s card as we regularly use each other’s cards. Not using online casinos before I didn’t realise how much problems this would cause. I’ll just keep sending the documents they ask for and keep waiting.

    Well that explains your problems. You don’t use someone else’s debit card to make a deposit, doesn’t matter if you’re married to them or they’ve given you permission. This is almost universally a breach of casino terms, no ifs no buts. Rookie mistake I’m afraid, and one that could cost you your winnings.

    i have also done this on videoslots. they asked me to send lots of info. photo of my friend standing nxt to his passport also a letter giving me permission to use it a copy of the card front and back 3 days later my account was unlocked for me. bit hassel but got my winnings all was fine.
