Not sure if this is a similar issue, but when I try to change my (forgotten it) password, I click the link for password reset, and it says it’s sending one.

I never get any… Not in spam, not in hotmail.

I have this access on a tablet, but when I try to update my profile, I got that problem again, I’ve searched the forum posts and found nothing.
