When withdrawing or depositing I put the country as usa and non custodial wallet the just name of the casino never had any problems doing that on crypto.com when withdrawing it asks you for the Information under travel regulations normally get a notification on my phone click on it fill In the info then deposit should work

I think you can avoid those issues by first transfering your crypto into a desktop wallet (Exodus) or a hadware wallet (Ledger, Trezor) or even metamask and then deposit in the casinos. Or stop using crypto.com and go to Kraken (If the FCA still allows it)  🙂

I had this with crypto.com for £800 withdrawal, I just chose the country my vpn was set too whilst playing when filling out the added information.

Does anyone know what requirements are required for over €1000 withdrawal? It stated before I did a withdraw that anything above this requires additional on top, like address of site etc (I think) so I just kept my withdrawal under the £1k
