HELP!!!!

I took a 100% bonus at schmitts casino. I had lost my own and bonus funds, but in-between they had server problems, so I complained and they gave me £20 bonus funds. I had £270 in funds (bonus). I new in 1 more spin I would have completed the wagering. So as I pressed for that last spin, it said ” I was now playing in real money “. So my balance should be £269.60 (playing £0.40p spins) but instead it went to £94.80. when I checked my wagering it says it has been completed but scrolling a little further it also says “£100 amount converted”. I have to wait till tomorrow morning to speak to anyone as support is now closed. Has anyone had the same problem at the same casino or anywhere else.

Sounds like they had a max win with the bonus funds? Did you look in the terms in case it said that at all? I haven’t heard of that casino i don’t think so i don’t have an experience there as yet unfortunately. Hope you get it sorted.

Doesnt mention it in the terms. I lost the remaining balance due to anger, and as they wouldnt explain. I felt I was in a losing battle. So I’ve excluded myself from that casino.

 

If anyone see’s this casino and is considering to join my only word of advise is to ‘NOT’ join them.

I’ve just had a quick glance at that casino terms and it says max conversion is 5X the bonus amount unfortunately 🙁

Yup as Xbobmad says….always read the terms fully if deciding to take a bonus,like netkan has about 50 sites and unless VIP its max 4x cap of bonus….even at VIP it only jumps to 10x

I had nearly 2k on one off them nektan casino’s.  It’s horrible watching your balance change from 2k to 200 pound . But I knew when I took the bonus it was 50 x 4 max conversion .

Lesson to be learnt : Stay away from these minor casinos.. just go with the major players.
