I was just playing on BCGame had about $1480 all of a sudden it said no money in account and kicked me out. Now I can’t log back in its saying network issues but mine is fine.

I have been reading a lot about this site having issues with licences recently can anyone else confirm if they can still access the account please?

So after 35 minutes I got back in but all the money is gone! I can see in my transactions @15:13:29 I had £1,131.89 in my account now nothing all vanished. This happened before for a small amount some time ago and I have read online that there are court cases of people going after BC with money vanishing from accounts,

This is quite a decent amount of money for me and it seems impossible to get hold of support any help would be welcome.

This has really knocked my confidence playing at this site anymore!

Just to add if Steve is reading this i was playing with money that had built up Steve mentioned on a video a couple of days ago,

I just placed a £250 bet on btts over 2.5 in the norway game. It won and it is now saying i have to turn over the winnings before withdrawing. It’s a fucking joke. I knew they had the stupid turnover rule for whatever you deposit but to say you have to turn over winnings is pretty shit. Once ive completed it I’ll stick to the other casino.

The site went down for maiternance for a few hours apparently when it came back so did the money so all good now.
