Basically I deposited £20 on playzee ended up withdrawing £1.1k after withdrawing I went straight in to live chat to ask if I would need to provide and if so what kind, I was told utility bills etc and also photo ID I told them I’ve never left the country so I have no passport and I don’t drive so no driving license ID then I was pretty much told tough we need photo ID…..

is my money pretty gone now then since they won’t give me it without photo ID?

I’ve withdrawn numerous well known casinos in the past and when I have no photo ID they just let me send a pic holding a letter or birth certificate.

Get yourself a provisional driving licence £34,don`t miss out on £1.1k hope it all works out.
