The ball is out rolling. I asked my sister tonight to see if she could find out anything, the last time they spoke Her friend was asked to resign which she declined. She is currently on holiday in Berlin so will have to wait and see. Her boss above her left the position aswel though not sure if sacked or resigned but something must be going down

I think the point you missed is that they lost their license rather than the regulator keeping quiet.
