Been a while since I’ve been active on this forum, but having had this experience with luckybull casino I thought should warn you guys too – and ask for advice if anyone has got any idea what to do and who to contact.

I had always thought that having a malta licence actually meant something, but these days it doesn’t seem to necessarily be the case. I know that people have always had their doubts, and so did I, but having now experienced this… I don’t know, should just stick to the biggest players in the club from now on I guess.

To keep the story short, I had my biggest win ever on this casino, on moon princess 100, little over 6000x and my withdrawal amount ended up being 3500e after some extra play. I followed all the rules, kept my playing normal and no crazy stakes etc. I had a deposit bonus so that’s why I took extra care.

After some time they cancelled the withdrawal, and my deposit along with it. It was some back and forth, until they stopped responding and I contacted askgamblers to help me with the case. Up till this point no valid reason was given why they took all my winnings and the deposit on top. There they told that it was a multi accounting breach of terms, but no proof was given to support this claim. After that they stopped responding all together, askgamblers didn’t lead to anything, nor casinomeister where they have this dispute system.

I contacted the official casino ADR, and boy they took a while to give me a response: nothing they can do. I’m planning on contacting MGA directly next, but I don’t have high hopes since this casino seems to be blacklisted on lot of places and a lot of complaints have been made of them, but nothing seems to change. But I have to give it a try obviously, since none of my other wins and withdrawals come even close to this. This is massive money for me, which is why it hurts all the more. Luckily I have many many screenshots and a lot of evidence to show that the casino is in the wrong here, and if someone wants and it’s okay according the forum rules, maybe I can post some here as well if people want to see that.

Oh and forgot to mention, never had any problems with this casino before, kyc has been fine and I’ve made smaller withdrawals in the past with no problems. Now that it was a bigger amount, the tides have turned.
