As for slots on ice for a bit – please consider putting them on ice permanently.  You will either continue low rolling, losing money and never really getting a big hit, or worse still start creeping your stakes up chasinga big win that never arises, or is voided.

That’s disgraceful. So you spent £280 and had a small chance to recoup some of your losses and they feel it’s fair to give you the equivalent of £2.50 in free spins to make up for it. What an absolute joke, no other industry would make the consumer suffer for a design flaw in their own product (or one they profit from at least).
