Time to stop, bud. If it’s at the point where you can’t afford to pay your bills, it’s time to stop. No doubt about it.

I know it’s tilting when you seem to lose every time, I’ve certainly been there, and when I tilt, it just makes me play more! So just cool off and don’t go back, at least for a long time.

It’s about knowing when you walk, you will have had wins but you probably either play too long and feed it all back in or are playing stakes above your bank roll. You are more than likely chasing trying to make up all the losses with a small deposit, I’ve been there and done that and lost again and again. Even when I’ve hit big on some occasions I’ve not withdrawn and lost it all because for a lot of gamblers it’s never enough and you lose the value of money, especially when chasing losses. I would stop for a while if I was you.

If you can’t stop gamstop works otherwise learn about yourself and your habits I know if I’m going to the arcade for example to leave my bank card at home and take a fixed amount if I was spending bills I would pay bills off and leave a fixed amount in for gambling and withdraw the rest as cash and leave in a cup in house for living expenses you might find vetter things for you tilt is real plan for it!
