Source of wealth is a mandatory requirement of any UK regulated casino, once a certain threshold has been met. Many casinos have been fined huged sums by the UKGC by not having sufficient KYC checks in place. If you refuse to send in bank statements, then you won’t be able to play, it’s as simple as that.

Casumo take this to a whole new level, however, with an obscene level of rechecks and an incompetent set of handlers.

I do support anyone who says to avoid Leo though, as they have abysmal customer service. ?

It’s not so much the source of wealth, more how they went about it. Been playing there years, no problems and always deposited the same amounts. Usually about 1k a month or so. You’d have thought I’d have been sent a mail or had a message on site to say what had happened, not just let me log in and get the ‘deposit limit exceeded’ message. Even the girl in live chat didn’t know what was happening to start with. I really liked Leo, the games selections were good.

Can anybody recommend any similar casinos with similar slot selections? I’m thinking of giving Rizk a go, I used to like Energy too. One with prags/play n go’s would be great.

I went to deposit £50 on Leo with Casumo blocking my account until next month and it was refused. So ended up on paddy power and no probs.

Yeah Leo have the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced.

Try Rizk or Calzone, both decent, just use the RTP list that’s been posted about on the forum as I think Rizk may be going the same way as the others now…

Wait Rizk are going to be loweing their rtps? Or limiting your accounts. Hoping it is the latter as they seemed one of the best imo.
