Hi, Ive been recently playing on LeoVegas and something seems to be off.

Recently I had a pending withdraw for several days and I decided to cancel it and gamble a bit but my money was never added to my balance. After several hours I contacted support and they said that system needs to process the cancelation and it could take up to 48hrs. This smells like such a bs. As I understand it there is no real transaction happening when you cancel a pending cashout, the funds are just displayed in different place.

This really worries me. I am reading that they are stalling cashouts and straight out locking players accounts without notice. Also the withdrawals take a lot longer than any other mga casino I have played. I keep you updated on this matter.

48hours passed and to noones surprise the missing money 2100eur was still nowhere to be found. I contacted chat support once again and after 40minutes they magically added the 2100 euros to my balance. No apologies or explanation but rather they kicked me straight out of the support chat. It took two more days until they processed my cashout and the money is on my card now. Its needless to say i wont be playing on LeoVegas anymore.

 

Its pretty unheard of to no get the money straight away when cancelling a pending withdraw but its ridiculous to have to wait 48hrs and still have to contact support. Its actually pretty scary, I was quite sure my money was just gone because I had no proof of it, it didnt show in my history or anything.

I opened an account there a couple of months back. Sent all the required documents and ended up hitting an Acc on the horses and footy for 2k, tried to cash out but they stalled like fuck, asking for bank statements etc. I stupidly reversed the withdrawal before they approved it and lost the lot like dickhead. They shouldn’t be allowed to take a bet before an account is fully verified. It’s impossible to win when the bastards won’t even let you cash out

Yes, they always have these checks. The last one was blocked forever.

Similar thing happened to me at Video Slots won 5K took months to get the money same people that run LeoVegas I believe!
