Hello all so I’ve been a member of these forums from near the start and followed bandit on YouTube from when people made requests and got a shout out I requested South Park a lot, damn I miss that slot!

Never posted anything before but always checked in once or twice a week for a read and when videos were not available on YouTube.

I’ve had a problem with gambling from a young age if your from the uk you know how it starts and how it can progress, anyway finally last year I took steps to finally quit signed up to Gamban gamstop and excluded myself for life, went and got some free counselling sessions through gamcare which were really helpful to talk to someone.

So last week I noticed a topic where a steamer was using a dodgy casino which would left excluded members sign up thankfully they did not name the steamer or casino in question as this is something that could have caught me on a bad day.

So finally a lot of steamers get a bad name for promoting gambling but I can honestly say watching the bandit has helped me identify I had a problem and as he also promotes the solution which made me make steps to hopefully never gamble again and in a few more weeks I will be one year gamble free.

I’m happy that you’ve managed to notice your problem, and have a way to control it. Theres always someone somewhere that posts the name of a casino that’s not with gamstop, so if you see any of these, make sure you email them and exclude straight away. Ignore what people say about affiliates because it’s just jealousy in my opinion. They wouldn’t be complaining if they got half as much as some affiliates get.

Well done on staying on the wagon, we know it’s not easy. A lot of people on here are on gamstop or have been on gamstop, my self included. I know its hard to resist temptation, but if you ever get the urge, try and remember how you felt the last time you finished a session. Something made you sign up to gamstop, and hopefully that feeling will keep you away from the casinos. Best of luck 🙂
